Questions, sorted

Do I need my own website or Stripe account?
No website needed. You do connect your own Stripe account (it takes a couple of minutes, hosted entirely by Stripe), which is what lets your customers' payments go straight to your own bank account instead of through us.
What if I'm not registered for GST?
Turn off GST for your business in Settings, and every invoice you send will simply show the line-item total with no GST added — no need to charge tax you're not registered to collect.
How quickly do I actually get the money?
Payments go through Stripe directly to your connected bank account, following Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically within a couple of business days) — not held by us at any point.
What does the 1% fee apply to?
Only invoices your customers actually pay through the app. If you never invoice anything, you never pay anything — there's no monthly subscription.
Can my customers pay without creating an account?
Yes — every invoice has its own pay page with a one-click "Pay now" button. No login or account needed on their end.
